Glad you're alright. Sorry about the fall, you look like you sustained a bit of damage! Hope you mend quickly and for gosh sakes don't let it intimidate you at all. Give the bike a good swift kick before you get on it next time just to remind it who is in charge!

Saw Mr. and Mrs. Smith last night...was extremely surprised at how much fun it was. I highly recommend it.

Talk to Sarah or Christy at Acme Bicycle. They can put bar-end shifters on your bike and maybe some other handlebars and they won't do anything unnecessary.

//The healing power of cosmetics never ceases to amaze me.//

We were blood relatives in another life. :-)

OUCH OUCH OUCH. But you are even more admirable than when I admired you before.

Hey, saw you got a good blurb on Neil Gaiman's site today! Congrats, that's excellent! Hope it generates some more donations for you!

ouchie!!!

What is it about that Angelina? Casey thinks it is the coolest that I had a steamy dream about her. I think it is the lips. I am so jealous of those lips.

I wish I had time to see a movie!! 2 weeks...

Um...ouch. See, this is why me and bikes don't get along very well. I'll walk. I'll drive my car. But a bike? Nuh-uh.

This is great what you're doing, by the way. My parents did a "Walk for Life" thing Saturday night, to raise money for cancer research. I was quite proud of them.

Do you mean easyfire shifters? The ones with a finger-trigger to change up and a thumb-lever to change down? They're very easy to use - you hardly have to change your hand-position at all, let alone take your hands off the bars.

Get mad, stay mad and persevere - your 'tude is perfect for success.

I am so damned proud of you both.

Love the bruises...purple is the new black, you know.

Now, start practicing some "game faces" for the big event.

Dude, Angie Jolie was all up in my office (National Geographic) yesterday with Condi Rice and the guy that plays the guy that Don Cheadle played in 'Hotel Rwanda', but in real life. And my wife's reaction to this is "I want to make out with Angelina Jolie." That's why we married. We have much in common.

Dude.

If I kill you and eat you will I absorb your memories?

Also, your wife? I am so into her you should probably be freaked out.
