Good Morning

• Say it with me: “President Obama.” Feels good, doesn’t it? My favorite part right now is feeling I can wear my idealism with impunity.
• I’m a little nervous about the Accessible Arts project that Fraction and I are embarking on tomorrow. We had a good and thorough planning session, so I think it’ll go fine, but I’m nervous nonetheless.
• Laurenn and Alex’s wedding was beautiful and great fun. It was such a joy to celebrate with them, see beloved old friends and make new ones (I have expanded my girl crush list to include Bonnie and Leilani. Ladies, ladies, ladies! How awesome are you? Let us count the ways…). If Ivan Brandon and Kristyn Ferretti ever offer to be your roommates on a trip, you should totally take them up on it. Be warned, however: Kristyn does not enjoy the Twitter. Like, at all.
• Help: I have a particular outfit in mind for HL’s photo with Santa this year and I don’t know if it’s anything I’ll be able to track down. I want red pants, a white button down and a green bow tie. Size 18-24 months. Anybody have any idea where I might find the pants or the bow tie? The shirt shouldn’t be difficult. (I suspect I’m going to have to give up on this, but I’m throwing it out there anyway.) Fraction is headed to NYC for a meeting on Monday and my Aunt Polly (”Dudu”) is coming to visit on Tuesday. Dudu went with HL and I to get his photo taken with Santa last year and I’m hoping to continue that tradition this year, so I’m on a bit of a time crunch as well.
