I haven't been over here in forever. I've been a bad blogger for a few months. Soooo...allow me to wish you a much belated Congratulations on the birth of your child. I'm so happy for you and Matt! My sis is about to have her first any day now and I cannot wait to snuggle a newborn. It has been way too long. And baby's smell so great, don't they? ;)

Ah, Miss Matilda beat me to it. :)

I can't get that FAQ to open, but basically, when cheese is made, most of the whey is removed, and with it goes most of the lactose. It loses even more in the aging process, so hard cheeses are an even better bet for those with lactose intolerance.

Sulfur? You're lucky it's not demons. Fraction would have to cast them into a herd of swine and drive them off a cliff, and that's just a waste of yummy pork.

This exact same thing used to happen to me whenever I took extended car trips. I always wrote it off to that. It's extremely unpleasant.

If it's been happening for more than a few days and if it's accompanied by any sort of unusual discomfort, then I would call the doc. In other words, if you're pretty sure you've ruled out any sort of dietary trigger and it's becoming habitual then have it checked out, yes please.
