The format of the RSS feed for my personal timeline has changed a few times in the past few weeks, and other things are sometimes working and sometimes not. I regularly miss updates in my timeline, however, so if I wanna know what's going on with you, for example, I have to surf to your page. I can't trust Twitter to let me know everytime you update. Yeah, they’re fairly clearly updating some things. And then Twitter had the temerity to scold me for not updating in 24 hours! The nerve of that Twitter! Hmph.
