One of the more thoughtful, intelligent and well said interviews I've read. Insightful, too.

Any thoughts of doing your own "non-graphic" novel, KS?

And actually, now that I think about it even more, what I was asked was if I knew someone who knew a lot about myths and old stories and things, and I said, "Yeah, this girl I know is really into that kind of stuff and has done research for Neil Gaiman." PRINCESS MONONOKE never entered into it on my end.

I believe I was actually under the impression that you did research for Neil, not that you just knew him. Editors don't tend to be that easily impressed. If they were, given all the people you know, you'd be queen of the world. ;)
