  • I’m sitting at The Roasterie Cafe working on the NORMAL JEAN script, which is coming along at something even slower than a snail’s pace, I fear. But! Slow progress is still progress. Also? I am hungry. I want to walk over to the Market and pick up some sushi but that would mean giving up my incredibly comfy spot on the couch and — hell no. The cafe is out of fruit cups. Bastards.

  • VERY EXCITING NEW PROJECT came through yesterday. Well… there’s no contract as of yet, but I got the thumb’s up phone call. So that’s awesome. Of course, I can’t say anything about it yet, but be advised: VERY EXCITING NEW PROJECT. Coming right up. (This means that the decision I made Monday to quit pursuing another gig and recommend a friend instead was, in fact, the Right Decision. Woo hoo! All hail winning gambles.)

  • BLACK CAT VOL. 5 and SENSUAL PHRASE VOL. 16 deadlines swiftly approach.
